۰3Built’s Universal Remote Switches (UNV) were developed to instantly cut or supply power with the push of a button.

۰Allows operation of your device up to 250 feet away.

۰Can be installed on virtually anything that functions on less than used 10 amperes of power and less than 48V AC or DC.

۰Pressing the LOCK button on the remote activates a relay in the receiver that functions similar to a toggle switch.

۰Pressing the UNLOCK button releases the relay.

۰Can be wired as Normally Open or Normally Closed switch.

۰Each kit is individually coded from over a million possibilities so it will not affect another UNV. Two or more UNV units can be custom ordered to work on the same code. Multiple remotes for each UNV receiver are also available.

۰UNV kits include everything you need for a quick and easy installation: UNV Receiver, UNV Remote Control, 4 feet of wire, quick disconnect, zip ties, and instructions.

۰We recommend disconnecting the power source to the UNV by unplugging the included power connector when the device will not be used for an extended period of time. This will avoid draining the battery while not in use.
